The moment you confirm a booking we will only charge a 20% of your stay a deposit payment. The remaining amount of the booking will have to be paid just 30 days prior to your arrival, and it can be done via credit card or bank transfer. For bookings done with less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount must be paid.
The price includes VAT and is per property, not per person.
On arrival you will find the property cleaned and ready for use, including bed linen and a double set of bath towels per person.
Reception service and a 24 hour emergency assistance number are available.
Cleaning services included are: a full clean and fresh linen and towels every 8 days.
All power supplies, care and maintenance of the property, including pool, garden and any technical issue that may arise during your stay.
For bookings that stay a week or more we supply a Welcome Pack with basic groceries.
We have a Reception office in the Son Bou area, which you will find on our Contact page. We will wait for you there to hand you the keys and give you all the property information, as well as any other information you may require.
The official check in and key collection time is as from 4 pm. Please make sure you contact our Reception with your arrival details, so we can give priority to your property in case you have an early arrival.
The official check out and key return time is at 10 am. At Reception you will find luggage storage, showers and changing room facilities so you can enjoy up to the last minute of your holida
