How do Payments work?
The moment you confirm a booking we will only charge a 20% of your stay a deposit payment. The remaining amount of the booking will have to be paid just 30 days prior to your arrival, and it can be done via credit card or bank transfer.
For bookings done with less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount must be paid.
What does the price include?
The price includes VAT and is per property, not per person.
On arrival you will find the property cleaned and ready for use, including bed linen and a a set of bath towels per person. Pool towels available in Premium properties and some villa. Check with us.
Reception service and a 24 hour emergency assistance number are available.
Cleaning services included are: a light clean and change of towels every 4 days and a full clean and fresh linen and towels every 8 days.
All power supplies, care and maintenance of the property, including pool, garden and any technical issue that may arise during your stay.
For bookings that stay a week or more we supply a Welcome Pack with local products.
What happens if I wish to cancel the booking?
Once the booking is confirmed, it can be cancelled in any momento until 30 days prior to arrival.
If you wish to cancel within the 30 days prior to arrival, please contact us and we will study your case in order to reach an agreement that will satisfy you.
Can I change my booking once it is confirmed?
Some alterations are possible, but it is very important that you contact our Bookings department, who will assist you and confirm if these changes are possible and if any charges apply.
How does key collection and return work?
We have a Reception office in the Son Bou area, which you will find on our Contact page. We will wait for you there to hand you the keys and give you all the property information, as well as any other information you may require.
The official check in and key collection time is as from 4 pm. Please make sure you contact our Reception with your arrival details, so we can give priority to your property in case you have an early arrival.
The official check out and key return time is at 10 am. At Reception you will find luggage storage, showers and changing room facilities so you can enjoy up to the last minute of your holiday.
What if you have a problem or complaint with our service or accommodation?
We work really hard to avoid any problems or prevent a complaint, but we are not machines, and sometimes, we some faults may arise.
If this is the case, it is very important that if you have a problem, you report immediately to Reception, so we can put our team to work on the solution and minimize the impact on your holiday experience.
We remind you that Menorca Vacations will not assume responsibilities of complaints that have not been registered during your stay.
How does our breakage policy work?
Although the property is not yours, we trust you will treat it with the same care and respect as if it was.
If you cause harm or break something, please let us know about it so we can decide is we can assume the damage or you must take care of the cost.

The best time to visit Menorca is during the spring and summer months, from April to September. During this period, you will enjoy warm and pleasant temperatures, perfect for exploring the beaches, practicing outdoor activities and enjoying al fresco dining in the many restaurants on the island. However, each season has its charm and if you prefer to avoid the crowds, the months of April, May and September are also excellent options.
