The legal provision that requires to preserve them to be kept for fiscal and accounting reasons, and to keep them in order to have them available to a competent public entity. However, more time may be kept for historical or statistical purposes, unless opposition and \/ or cancellation is exercised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recipients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Recipient of the assignment
<\/strong>Data will be transferred to the companies that are part of the GROUP MENORCA, and data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or contractual interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose of the assignment<\/strong>
If transfer between the GROUP MENORCA is foreseen for the purposes necessary for the binding services between the companies themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the legal basis of the treatment, in cases of legal obligation, public interest, legitimate interest, contractual interest and the consent of the interested party or his legal representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
